Blind panic in the Co-op

Things were going well, I took my Mum out for a cup of tea and had a lovely chat with that nice man in Cafe Rosco. He said he would be happy to support me in my fundraising.

However, you may have noticed it is cold & snowy out there, so this was really going to be my only trip out today, and by the time I got to the Co-op it suddenly hit me...
... I have to tell someone else!

Blind panic struck as I glanced at the shelf stacker. Would he scream and call for help if I accosted him and started rabbiting about Tanzania? Somehow I knew he would.

My gaze quickly scanned random shoppers as I desperately tried to locate someone I could talk to. Someone, anyone? but Mum was already exiting the sliding doors and the shelf stacker was scowling at me. In one bound I leapt through the doors and into the awaiting slush.

Today I had failed.

Then I remembered that wonderful man from the Homeopathic Action Trust who is helping me to sort out a system for gathering donations online [watch this space]. Today was the first time I had given him the low down

Hooray, I am saved!!

                                                                           ... I need a cup of tea
